Such a wonderful and relaxing experience. Lavanya is a truly tranquil day spa and I’m so lucky to have this in Williamstown. Every time I visit I am step inside, the outside stresses and pressures of the world melt away. Emma my therapist today was fantastic and I felt well taken care of during my treatment. Afterwards I floated out feeling lighter and calmer, just what I needed! Thank you.

Was a bit confusing to get in and there was somebody in there using the equipment so I wasn’t really sure what to do or where to go. Would have been nice for the body compression to be a little bit more private as you are sitting next to someone if it’s booked. Everything else was really great. Everyone was super friendly.

The best deep tissue massage I’ve had. Laura has the most amazing technique and was able to balance firm pressure along with relaxation stroke. Thoroughly enjoyed it! I will become a regular for sure 😉

Highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery. I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived and immediately knew I was in experienced, professional hands. Her knowledge of post-operative recovery and lymphatic drainage was outstanding, and she made the entire experience both reassuring and effective.

Just had a deep tissue massage with Jessica at Breather and wow — she’s incredible. Super friendly, made me feel comfortable right away, and really knew what she was doing. She worked on all the tight spots without it feeling too intense, and I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. Definitely booking with her again. Highly recommend!

This is my 3th visit for lymphatic drainage and Taciane has been wonderful. She has knowledge, technique and has experience with post op patients, which is what I need. After each session my body responds very well to the treatment. I would highly recommend her services.

This was my first time at Lavanya and such a wonderful experience from start to end. Emma was friendly, warm and attentive to my needs as she walked me through my pregnancy massage, ensuring I was comfortable with every part of the experience. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and thought the rooms themselves were cosy, warm and homely thanks to the beautiful wooden interiors and soft lighting. The massage itself was very calm and relaxing- I easily could have fallen asleep! The pressure was perfect. Loved the lyrical music too! Such a nice vibe.
