I had a combo of a deep tissue massage on my neck, shoulders and back as well as a lymphatic massage and both were excellent. I’m a regular and Sophie is always professional, attentive, and really focuses on the areas causing tension. I’m always left feeling looser and more relaxed in my neck, shoulders and back. The clinic is always clean and calming. I highly recommend a visit!

I enjoyed my foot reflexology, but I would have preferred a bit stronger pressure. As for my body massage was great pressure but I was not given massage on the front area of my body such as on my front legs and arms when facing upwards. But I do feel my back is very loose and relaxed. So I am grateful for that. Many thanks.

It’s my precious me time to enjoy Eleni’s magical massage techniques and the results of a plump and glowing face for days. Daisy worked on the knots in my back firmly and with care, checking the pressure multiple times (because I asked her to go hard!). It was so good to finally feel some of the tension release! Love Vigorous Therapeutic Massage and can highly recommend.

Simply amazing, was so stiff and sore when I walked in and left like I was in my 20s again. Soph not only finds the tight areas but works on the whole muscle to find where the root cause is. Her vast knowledge and techniques means that she can fix any aliment and have you back like new in no time. I live on the other side of the city, so it is a fair drive to see her and it is worth every km as noone else can do what she does.
