Always an incredible massage at Thai Metha. It's such a great shop, perfect ambient music to relax, a peaceful dimlit room with a very comfortable massage table. Anny was amazing as always. I had my first ever spray tan with Kate and it was such a great experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease (which is no small feat when you’re stepping into first-time territory!) 🙃 Easy parking, a relaxed and welcoming space, and Kate talked me through everything so I knew exactly what to expect. I won’t see the final colour develop until tomorrow, but the whole process was smooth and professional and I already feel confident it’s going to look amazing. Highly recommend — especially if you’re a first-timer!

Nova at Thai Metha is incredible. The perfect blend of deep, effective stretches and soothing massage — exactly what my body needed. It was my first time in body sense and I really recommended. I tried a few massages in Adelaide and body sense it’s the best one. I tried the aromatherapy during 60 minutes and it was really good. Ting was so kind, and she did a great massage. I will come back 100%.

I had a Hydrafacial and a relaxing massage at Deera Spa & Beauty, and the whole experience felt like exhaling after holding my breath for far too long. My therapist had a magic touch — not just technically skilled, but intuitively attuned. Every movement felt purposeful, unhurried, and deeply soothing. By the time I left, my skin was glowing, my shoulders had dropped, and I felt genuinely renewed rather than just “pampered.” It was the kind of treatment that stays with you long after you walk out the door. It was a great experience for me and my husband. We’re exploring a good massage or spa near our area and saw Thai Metha Massage. We went there twice. First time we had was deep tissue, Tyler and Cindy was great! Today, we came back to try their remedial massage and we’re absolutely delighted! Beam was my massage therapist. She hit all the right spots and Tyler was my Husband’s therapist, he was amazing! Thank you. Highly recommended! 😊

Had a fabulous 10 hours sleep after my massage with Johanna. Always relaxing and working through the tight spots on my body. Dry needling has really helped with my migraines and TMJ.

I see Roupal once a month for full face threading, brow shape and tint. It's the perfect reset and with her guidance on skin care I have seen such an improvement over the last year or so that I have been seeing her. I had an amazing Thai massage here with Rita,a Japanese girl. The therapist was professional, attentive, and really knew how to work out all the tension. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and full of energy. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the whole experience was top quality. Highly recommend to anyone needing a proper reset!
