Absolutely amazing massage from Lauren - the BEST I have ever had. Firm enough to feel some long term improvement and relaxing enough to enjoy the moment. Perfect balance! Lauren explained my problem areas and how she and I can improve them over time. I also loved that I didn’t have to talk and felt relaxed enough to just switch off. I’m now booked in every 3 weeks!! Highly recommend for an intuitive, deep tissue massage. The service was also run promptly, professionally and the environment was clean and Covid safe. I felt very much at ease.

I had an incredible experience with Alison and her deep tissue massage. From the moment the session began, it was clear that she truly understands the body and how to tailor the massage to meet individual needs. Every area that needed attention was addressed with care and precision and I could feel the difference as she worked through the tension.
