Absolutely the best massage I've ever had. Lisa is the most wonderful massage therapist in Brighton! And I've tried many places. I have been seeing Lisa for a few years now and always come away feeling lighter. Lisa is very skilled at hitting all the right points of tension with a very firm pressure (she will adapt to what you ask for - she really listens). Lisa has recently set up her new business in this new location and the atmosphere of her room is very beautiful, cosy and relaxing. My favourite is the Thai Fusion or Deep Tissue massage.. I can't recommend her enough.

Superb deep tissue massage from Lolly - helping to get my legs in particular back in shape following a lot of hilly hiking over the summer. I have been going to Natural Balance whenever I’ve needed some ‘maintenance’ for 15 years+ and seen a number of therapists in that time - all excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fabulous as always. A deep tissue massage that is deep but also relaxing. Marta is lovely, always a friendly welcome. Just a real treat and reset.

I came to see Ali after a week of intense cycling, my legs and body were sore and tight. I booked a deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. Ali expertly targeted the areas that were holding the most tension, providing the perfect balance of pressure to release the tightness. By the end of the session, I felt significantly more light, relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone needing serious muscle recovery! I was also lucky to experience her new treatment space in the garden room! So lovely to have a gentle breeze and the sound of birds!
