First professional massage in a long time and it was amazing! This was my first deep tissue massage, it was much needed, and it felt great. I felt everything draining, sore that night, and a million bucks today! I will be recommending to family and friends and will be back again!

Had a fall and injuried my hip and right lower bad. Tripped on dogs leash. Made appt with Kristina for myfascial release. Alignment was out with my hips. She manipulated everything back into place. Feel amazing, pain went from a 5 down to a one. Afterwards l was able to take a short 1 mile hike and no pain. Amazing thank you Kristina.

Came in with my back completely locked up from physical work and travel — barely able to move. I saw Michael twice this week for myofascial bodywork and the difference is incredible. He works deeply and intentionally, finding the actual source of restriction instead of chasing symptoms. I left each session with more mobility, less pain, and the ability to breathe and move normally again. Highly recommend.

Always professional and best deep tissue massage around! Not to mention cupping. Kristina is amazing! I came to see her with extreme pain in my neck/back and she was able to provide some relief after only an hour. I went from being almost unable to turn my head to being able to move quite freely. She explained what she was doing and why each step of the way. Highly recommend!!

Everything about this appointment was exactly what I needed!! The therapeutic bodywork was a great gentle start to getting myself back in shape. Kristina is in tune with her clients and her work. After, I got a tarot and tunes reading. Again, exactly what I needed. A gentle (mostly) reminder that healing from emotional wounds is as important as healing the physical body. I recommend this combo of services to get your mind, body, and soul in shape

This was my first time meeting Kristina. I’ve been to other MFR therapists in other states, but hands down she outshines them all!!! She is extremely adept, very professional, full of compassion and very mindful, and is energetically in tune with helping you identify areas that need to heal.
