First time at Ro skin Stamford for me. I had the pleasure of meeting Jade today, who gave me a glorious facial . So relaxing and cosy rooms with lovely warm beds. Very clean too. Went out of clinic glowing. Lovely place , super friendly girls, and all so knowledgeable on skin care. This will be my new place to go. Will be back again for more facials very soon. I had LVL lashes with Jade at Ro Skin and I’m honestly so impressed! My lashes have never looked better – she did such an amazing job. Jade was professional, really friendly and made the whole experience so relaxing. Phoebe is fantastic, this is my fourth time seeing her. The first was a consultation, she really took the time to listen to my skin concerns, consulted with her colleagues and come back to me with a well considered plan. At my treatments she’s so thorough, very kind and friendly. She’s also proactive, consulting with the treatment specialists to ask advice for recommendations on my plan. Sophia always takes you through a thorough warm up routine which means no real aches or pains the following day. Sessions are well planned in advance with alternative exercises should a piece of equipment not be available or if I’m finding the exercise difficult due to injury or arthritis. Very encouraging which helps me push myself to achieve more. Really look forward my weekly session.

I was so pleased with my henna eyebrows that Annette did for me today. She was such a lovely therapist. She made me feel very comfortable and I would definitely go back to her for more treatments.

The lady doing my eyebrows was fab she’s lovely but won’t be coming back the reception is rude, I was running behind and she called me 8 mins past my apo saying I should have rang. Well no I’m driving then looking for a space so she won’t have gotta a terrible but I don’t want the actual brow lady to be marked for it. Also cancel my next appointment

She is understanding of my desire to get fit again, balanced with my well-being needs, and she takes all this into consideration and develops a completely tailored programme. I have had many sports massages over the years, and I can honesty say my experience with Sophia was one of the best. From start to finish i really felt in safe hands, and that Sophia's knowledge and practice was of a high standard. Sophia was thorough in her questioning, taking time to really listen to me and helping identify my problem areas. As a result she was able to target those areas and provide a really good massage. As a female it was nice to have another female giving me my sports massage. I felt very safe and comfortable. I will definitely be back.
