First time at Ro skin Stamford for me. I had the pleasure of meeting Jade today, who gave me a glorious facial . So relaxing and cosy rooms with lovely warm beds. Very clean too. Went out of clinic glowing. Lovely place , super friendly girls, and all so knowledgeable on skin care. This will be my new place to go. Will be back again for more facials very soon. Sophia always takes you through a thorough warm up routine which means no real aches or pains the following day. Sessions are well planned in advance with alternative exercises should a piece of equipment not be available or if I’m finding the exercise difficult due to injury or arthritis. Very encouraging which helps me push myself to achieve more. Really look forward my weekly session.
