I’ve been struggling with leg pain and shoulder pain for years, the masseuse knew exactly what she was doing, what areas needed looking at, what pressures etc. will be getting a membership! X

A beautiful salon, warm welcome. Very calming. The scalp scrubs, massages, hair wash, steam are all so blissful. A total destrsser. On balance I think it is very expensive in comparison to a spa day as spa days are generally 100-150 and obviously this is only an hour. I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless

Had an amazing experience with Chloe for my birthday! She was so sweet and knew exactly what she’s doing. I booked the silver Japanese head spa and a back massage with it, amazing back and neck massage! Head massage was very relaxing, shampooing couple of times to remove all the buildup and she did amazing job with it I enjoyed it so much! Tried so hard to keep myself awake to enjoy the full experience! The only thing I didn’t feel comfortable with was the heated eyemask as that was quite hot at the start, but it cooled down eventually. Overall, 100% experiences that I would definitely redo!

✨ Just had the most gorgeous massage at the Wellness Lounge! After a tough week, this was exactly what I needed. Everything felt so professional, and as someone who usually feels quite anxious, I really appreciated the care they put in. The forms beforehand gave me space to share my previous injuries and any anxieties I had , and Paul took the time to go through everything with me and explain how the lymphatic massage works. I left feeling lighter, calmer, and completely looked after. I’ll definitely be visiting again and would recommend it to anyone! 💆‍♀️💫

Had an INCREDIBLE buccal/intra-oral massage with Holly. I’m a chronic grinder/clencher and wanted to avoid botox in my jaw as I didn’t want to lose any definition. I was hoping for a nice firm massage and it went beyond that! Felt really targeted to all my tense points and very thorough, instantly feeling less tense around my jaw🤩 The place itself is super warm, cosy and welcoming and Holly was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed straight away :) will definitely be back!!

I went to GM Scalp as a birthday treat and booked in for The Signature GM Japanese Headspa with Chloe. My experience was out of this world, I have never been so relaxed and would highly recommend it. Chloe was very friendly and easy to talk to, she explained my scalp analysis and helped me to choose better hair products to take care of my scalp. I went into full relaxation mode on the bed, Chloe used different tools to massage my head and the hair products she used smelled divine. Afterwards she showed me my scalp again and it was brand new!! I am 100% making this a regular treatment!!!

Gen gave me a lovely massage whilst treating my hair and scalp . Very relaxing and hopefully will help stimulate hair growth. Will revisit in 6 weeks for a review and further treatment.
