Rosalind is luxury SPA level skilled! It was my second time and I will definitely be coming back! As a new mum sore from sleepless nights and hours of breastfeeding, I treated myself to a massage and facial combo. Sally is absolutely amazing. The quality of massage is one of the very best I’ve experienced. I’ve been coming 3 years now - sometimes when I have an injury I opt for remedial and then when I want to relax the Hot Stone massage is amazing. Lovely high quality towels and heated blanket too on the couch, so the minute you lie down you feel transformed even without treatment. Couldn’t rate more.

Rosalind made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her skills are exceptional. I booked a pregnancy massage and a luxury facial, both of which were amazing, relaxing, and heavenly. The experience was akin to a luxury spa, without the need for a long drive, and the pricing was very affordable considering the duration of the treatments and the expertise of the therapist.

My massage was wonderful, very relaxing. Two points I would make are that a full body massage should include the whole body not just back legs and arms, so really there should have been stomach, feet, head and face but what I did have was so very wonderful and just what my mind and body needed. Also the massage wasn’t quite an hour and a half long, it started a little late, and was finished around 15 minutes early as well

I went to Big Beauty and Relaxation today for a hot stone massage - I entered very tense and stressed but after Ros worked her magic I floated home. It was amazing!! She has the magic touch. The massage was firm but relaxing which is difficult to do, I should know I’ve tried many therapists and no one has got it just right… until now. I 100% recommend and will be a regular client.
