I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Thank you x

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.

Another great treatment - my second face lift massage, I could actually feel the skin on my face tightening when Sam was massaging it, so much so when it was finished I felt like I had one of those clay masks on that tighten as they dry and I was talking as if I had one on - can’t wait for number 3 - thanks Sam

I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

I booked an appointment which was half reflexology and half back massage. After experiencing years of anxiety, I came out feeling relaxed and calm for the first time in a long time. There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive. I got a head massage from Nicola at the tattoo convention last year and after suffering from migraines and being on a lot a lot of medication for them. I had that massage and I swear never had a migraine since. We’re coming up to a year mark and I decided to get a head massage again and it such a good decision. Trust me when I say you need to come to Nicola for a massage! You won’t regret it. She truly is the sanctuary in the city. Thank you! 💗
