This was my first aromatic body, face and head massage with Debbie. ( A mothers’s day treat that I kept to use now) Organised to have it after my international flight home from US. It was absolutely perfect … hit the spot !!! Will definitely get this booked in for future flights. A most relaxing experience. Can definitely recommend.

A manicure, followed by back, neck, scalp massage with reflexology was what I needed. From the moment I stepped into the room I felt myself relaxing. In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. I had a superb deep tissue massage with Shidvash. I came in with persistent neck pain, which she was able to relieve significantly during the session. Natalie is a very cheerful and polite young lady. She explained everything she was going to do. My back massage was very strong ( at my request) but also very relaxing. She asked me if I was comfortable with the pressure throughout the treatment. When she did the neck & shoulder part, she asked if I was comfortable with where she needed to touch me and if I was ok with oil in my hair. Very professional throughout. Ann

Wish I could give 10 stars because wow! Had the most friendliest service ever ever. Could not fault the customer service nor the actual massage. I got a lymphatic massage and I kid you not, after 1 session, we both saw the most amazing difference!! Just whilst being in the room. Definitely going to be a regular and will absolutely be back.

I had a back massage and lymphatic drainage, and it was a really good experience. It was my first time trying lymphatic drainage, and the therapist explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. She did a great job working on the knots in my back, and I left feeling much more relaxed and refreshed. The whole setting was calm and peaceful—I’d definitely go again!

It was my first visit today and I met Paula such a warm, kind, and welcoming person. The space was calm, clean, and relaxing. I came in for a lymphatic massage but explained I was feeling stressed, so she suggested starting with a relaxing massage before the lymphatic one. It was perfect! Paula made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She’s open minded, professional, and truly lovely. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend her to my family!

I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.
