Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Great staff and just right location in very heart of central Leeds. You really don't feel like you are in central Leeds. Such a great hidden gem. I booked in for the Head, Neck & Scalp Ritual, and it was such a treat! Nerissa explained the service beforehand so I knew what to expect, and made me feel so relaxed and treated. Despite the spa being located in the centre of Leeds, it feels so tranquil and you would not know. Such a lovely little retreat.

WOW I had the Buccal massage and honey facial which was truly relaxing and sent me to sleep! I’ve wanted to try the Buccal facial and it was wonderful, Natasha is an expert and for my first time I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend Dragonfly a peaceful find in a busy Leeds city centre.

Visited dragonfly for a float and a facial, both of which were amazing as was my therapist Laura - her massage technique was so good. Just a couple of points that would have made the visit even better – there is no changing room facility to freshen up in after your treatments. I was heading into Leeds and needed to do my hair get changed etc Also, the treatment room that I was in was at the top of the main stairs thankfully I visited on a quiet day, but I could imagine during peak times this room would get quite noisy - maybe the location could be reviewed?

I'm a regular at the salon having my nails and toes done by the lovely Louise every fortnight, its such a welcoming, warm and friendly place to visit. As a treat I decided to book in for the Autumn Glow treatment which included a neck, shoulder and back massage and a facial including a scalp massage. I had the pleasure of meeting Aysha who I have to say made the whole experience heavenly, it must have taken me two hours to come back down to earth. Aysha is a great asset to an already gorgeous salon joining Louise and Ashleigh. I'm so lucky to live a stones throw away xxx

Hot stone massage was unbelievable! Natasha made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. First ever massage I've had and I'll definitely be having another with Dragonfly soon! I drive a lot due to the nature of my work so I have stiff shoulders and lower back but Natasha has been able to release my shoulders (right side in particular) and has given me my range of movement back! Couldn't reccomend Dragonfly and Natasha enough ❤️

Vickie is a genuine warm and kind hearted lady who excels at whatever treatment she undertakes. Vickie is very professional and thorough, I have had a pedicure, lash tint and back massage over the course of the last month. Her attention to detail, diligence and care is outstanding. I had a wonderful pedicure with Kelsey this evening. My feet and nails now are fabulous. Kelsey is wonderful, putting me at ease and is so warm and friendly. She is also fantastic at her job - skilled and clever. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I am worried that I submitted a ‘terrible’ review in error for Kelsey as I made a mistake on my phone. I thought I had to press the stars as they went up! Then the form submitted without a chance to amend it. Please please apologise to Kelsey for me. Because she is amazing!
