I had my first hot stones massage since surgery on my shoulder and elbow and it was a great expereince. I was slightly apprehensive given all the issues I have had but Shabana put me totally at ease, and adjusted the pressure as required in that area. My shoulders feel better than they have in months following this treatment. Safe to say I will be booking in again

Decided to book a spontaneous last minute massage and I’m so glad I did. Shabana was an amazing therapist. She knew exactly what I needed. My daughter had the mini-me massage as a birthday treat with Margaret which she absolutely LOVED! I may have started a new habit of ultimate relaxation as she definitely wants to return. Felt totally relaxed after my massage. It was definitely needed. Margaret lets you know what is happening at each stage of massage and checks on amount of pressure to use. Added bonus was the lovely facial at the end. Just a lovely treatment by a lovely lady.

I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10
