My massage with Andrea was unbelievable! Andrea is super friendly, made me feel so at ease and did an amazing massage! I floated out of that room afterwards. She really got into my knots and relieved a lot of the tension I have been holding in my neck/shoulders. Would highly recommend and I will be back!

What a lovely therapy centre! I have recently had a sports massage with Katie and a lymphatic drainage massage with Liz and both treatments were perfect. The two therapists made me feel safe and comfortable and explained the treatments fully, answering all of my questions. Prices were very reasonable and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Therapy & Life Centre in Coulsdon to anyone looking for these services. I will certainly be going back to them for any of my future needs. Thank you ladies.

Just had a luxury facial with Karen, the owner. It’s was absolute bliss. Highly recommend. You are cocooned from the minute you arrive until you leave. You are greeted with a warm welcome and everything is explained about your treatment. Karen is super professional and it shows. I didn’t want to leave. A hidden gem and a must visit. Bobbi gave a very good deep tissue massage . Bobbi asked through out the massage whether it was ok and was excellent at helping my very sore shoulders and back .

Prior to the massage. I was given a full explanation of what a deep tissue massage was and was warned that it can be quite painful. Bobbi was excellent. Highly recommend and aim to come back for more sessions.

When I was younger I loved having facials but life gets in the way and you don’t always have the time. Now that I am making more space to treat myself I have started having luxury facials with Karen and honestly it is the best one I have ever had. She takes her time, uses so many different techniques and it is deeply relaxing. I even noticed today that she went over her treatment time which shows how much she cares. Thank you Karen. I will definitely be coming back regularly and her treatments would make such lovely little Christmas gifts too.
