I had a great experience at Josen Head Spa & Beauty. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and very relaxing. The staff were professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The head spa service itself was amazing — very soothing and refreshing. You can really feel the difference in your scalp and hair afterward. It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind and take a break from a busy schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend this spa if you’re looking for a relaxing and high-quality experience. I’ll be coming back

I had an amazing time at this spa. I have visited manly luxury spas in Toronto, and this is by far my favourite. Very clean, and such amazing staff. My massage therapist Wendy was so sweet and knowledgeable. I will return again soon.

I had a Thai foot massage and it was absolutely great. Mai knows exactly what she is doing, and the pressure was perfect. I left the session feeling completely refreshed and energized. My feet and legs feel lighter than ever. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to recharge. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely rejuvenating experience! I recently had lower back pain because too many workout. Have a session for a Thai massage session here, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The ambiance was serene, and The therapist Mai was incredibly kind, skilled and attentive to every detail. She is highly professional, and the massage technique was exceptional - a perfect blend of relaxing stretches and precise pressure points. The session left me feeling completely refreshed and energized. I appreciated how she tailored the massage to address my specific areas of tension.

If you’re looking to experience a massage unlike any other, this is the place to go. I’ve been to many massage therapists over the years, but I can honestly say that Mai is by far the best. Liliya was fantastic. She took time to understand my pain points and work led on the spots that needed attention during my aromatherapy massage. The overall service including the girl in the front desk was outstanding. The sauna, steam and all general area was clean and well maintained. I was very impressed and be coming back!!! I absolutely loved the experience at Highland Creek MedSpa. Madeline is extremely knowledgable and caring. I appreciated the time she took to explain everything and although I’ve been to many Med Spas she shared information that I had not been told before which was greatly appreciated. I love the vibe and was happy to book a package of sessions. It was painless and quick and I enjoyed our conversation. I am excited to come back soon and would recommend everyone try the services. Such a great experience! I took my mom for the weekday special package for a relaxing massage and it was so good! I wish they massaged the back and the front though. But the service was still great!
