I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Sabina and was impressed with the results. It was gentle, relaxing, and I left feeling lighter, less bloated, and refreshed. Andrew my therapist took the time to ask about any problem areas, as always, and tailored the session to focus on my shoulders and lower back. The pressure was just right—not too light, not too intense—and he checked in occasionally to make sure I was comfortable. It’s my third visit and I’m looking forward to more.

Had an amazing experience with Andrew. I had been a bit disappointed since the beginning of my pregnancy with other providers who would be hesitant to apply pressure to knots but Andrew offered just the perfect amount and 90 min felt like half an hour. Will be back!

I highly recommend Joe Mbaya’s service. After my ACL surgery, I was struggling with pain and stiffness. Thanks to these treatments, I was able to get back on my feet and return to training. The massage helped reduce tension, improved my mobility, and really supported my recovery. Joe was professional and really knew what he was doing. He also suggested simple exercises I could do at home, which made a big difference in my progress. I'm very grateful for the care I received.

It’s been about a year I have been seeing Sandra and I realize that I haven’t left a review. She is attentive and has really helped me because I suffer from chronic pain. When she works out those bad areas it is like my body is singing in happiness. The atmosphere is amazing, the beds are heated, the people are friendly. There is a reason I keep coming back. I highly recommend Massotherapie Sandra.
