Sophie was amazing! She listened to all of my concerns and knew exactly what my body needed. She found all of my tight spots and trigger points and really helped relieve the tension. As a runner and someone training for HYROX, my body gets very tight, and I left feeling so much better. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience exceptional. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Sophie!

Such an incredible experience at Spa Asuka. The staff are warm, friendly and extremely welcoming. A beautiful, cosy space. Both my partner and I had the signature massage followed by the touch facial. We had a hot tea after our treatment. The ladies are so beautiful. Would recommend while in Sydney!

Very relaxing and even with my stiff back and shoulders Hina did an amazing job to help loosen them up. Sorry for making your hands and thumbs very tired because my back was so tight 😭. Definitely would come again when i visit Sydney.

Incredibly relaxing remedial massage. Without needing to direct, Ngaire found all the tense spots in my body, and I’ve left feeling completely relaxed, less tense and like I’ve been tranquilised in the best way. Nice, warm room and blankets with nice hot towels too. Thank you Ngaire, I’ll definitely be back

I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

Paloma massaged a new soul into my body. I came in tense, puffy, and hunched from 10-hour laptop days, and I left lighter, looser, and basically reborn. She removed every knot in my upper back and used lymphatic drainage to help with bloating and fluid retention, especially around my neck. I also tried the hot stones add on, and it was sooo good, especially in the cold winter. And don’t even get me started on the scalp massage… actually, yes. It was life-changing. Paloma, I’ll be back. I had a really lovely time here. It was very quiet and relaxing. The space is warm and they have a special pillow for the belly bump which was very nice. Would recommend !
