Can’t believe Yan helped my headache problem instantly. Was having a headache for three days and my friend suggested me maybe I could try to massage a bit to solve the problem, randomly searched online and found Yan. She was very kind and lovely. I have suffered from lower back pain for many years, with the pain coming and going. This is my second time seeing Yan for help, and she has been incredibly kind and understanding. She took the time to explain the cause of my lower back pain and walked me through the process of the massage. After a 90-minute personalized Asian massage, I felt significant relief from the pain. Yan also suggested some helpful stretches I can do at home. I'm so grateful to have found her in Leeds—how lucky I am! Thank you, Yan!

I normally go for a Thai massage and hadn’t experienced a Chinese massage before however I read that Yan offers belly massages also for those with abdominal issues. I messaged her & she was extremely helpful & also very understanding when I had to reschedule due to weather conditions. She used different techniques to what I am used to however I instantly felt relief. I truly believe her techniques focuses on getting to the route of the problem rather than just providing temporary relief. I will definitely rebook with her in the future & highly recommend.

Went to this session in a lot of pain and fatigue. My intensive TCM session used a mix of acupressure massage, acupuncture and moxibustion and revealed problem areas. Yan listened to my concerns and then examined my body to help me know how to continue taking care of myself after the session. This morning I am in a lot less pain and feel much brighter and have more mental clarity! I am so grateful to Yan and her support in helping me taking care of my body and wellbeing. Because of my job, I do a lot of lifting and physical work, which often causes back strain. Every time I see Yan for a treatment, my back feels so much better afterwards. She really knows how to adjust and release work-related tension. For anyone with physical strain from work, regular massage is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. I have always suffered with bad circulation and cold feet, even as a child, so Yan suggested she should do back thigh and calf acupuncture. I was so experiencing pain and stiffness when walking due to the cold weather. During the acupuncture I already felt my legs feel much lighter! After the whole session, putting my trousers back on felt easier — they felt looser - and my legs and feet were completely warm. It worked so well! It already feels easier to walk - thank you Yan! ♥️

I booked a 90-minute Asian massage today, and because of the Black Friday offer I also received a 15-minute moxa treatment. It was my first time trying it and it felt incredibly relaxing and comforting! Yan is truly thoughtful and caring, she even reminded me to keep warm now that the weather is getting colder. Had 90minute TCM therapy session to help my chronic conditions. I went in with a headache and bad hip pain and Yan focused on these areas and I left feeling so much better! Yan always listens to what is going on for you in that session whilst also considering your health in a holistic way. I come to see Yan regularly as it keeps my symptoms under control especially during the colder weather - highly recommend for a one-off session but really recommend for long term treatment and management for good health!

I had the 2hour TCM treatment package today and am so glad I did! I had the flu last week and it left me with a lot of neck, shoulder and back pain, as well as sinus pressure pain. Yan listened to my symptoms and used a variety of methods - massage, acupuncture and moksa - to treat them. I felt so much relief and feel so much better! I would really recommend her services during these cold, winter months where we are prone to getting sick more. She is so skilled and experienced and her treatment works so well for headaches, back pain and bad circulation. It is also a very relaxing experience!

I had a 2-hour TCM treatment with Yan today. She tailored the whole session for me with massage, acupuncture, moxa moving cupping. I’ve been struggling with lower back pain and poor blood circulation in my legs, which often causes swelling. After the treatment, I felt so much lighter and more relaxed. I’m sure I’ll sleep really well tonight! Highly recommend!
