The massage itself was incredible; it released so much tension I didn’t even realise I was holding in my neck and shoulders, and I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and deeply relaxed. This was my first ever massage and Chinese cupping, Ruth made me feel really comfortable and after many years of back pain she really did lift a lot of the tension and felt so light and great after. Amazing calming atmosphere and met a lovely lady who showeduu me angel cards and explained them to even allowed me to do them with her which the cards that were pulled out were very accurate. Definitely will be back :)
