I had a back massage with Adam, and I have to say it was one of thee best I've had. Great pressure and Adam listens to what you as a client need. The newly refurbished soundings are stunning. Gorgeous rooms creating the perfect setting. Definitely 10/10 from me!

Adam’s professionalism, warmth, and intuitive touch made the whole experience exceptional. He knew exactly where to focus and used the perfect amount of pressure throughout. I left feeling deeply relaxed, rebalanced, and like a weight had been lifted. Adam is incredibly skilled and clearly passionate about what he does. Another amazing appointment with Aisling.... full body aromatherapy massage. Aisling puts you completely at ease with her friendly manner and infectious laugh. I felt completely relaxed during and after the massage and have had the best night's sleep in ages.
