I had very tight shoulders and back from unfavorable posture at work. Phidelia identified all the affected muscles and firmly but yet gently massaged them and got rid of all discomfort and stiffness.

It was a very effective treatment and the suggested hot stone massage was the best choice for this cold time of the year. Phily's touch is like magic, she knows exactly how much heat and pressure to use without it beeing painful. 6 Stars for the hot stone massage.
