My first time here and definitely won’t be my last! Had a 30 minute therapeutic massage by Vhenzu and she was amazing!!!! Most relaxed I’ve ever felt, Wish I did 1 hour. Came to my appointment with a bad headache and left with none. Amazing customer service, can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Farisha today! It was my first visit, and she instantly made me feel comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. The hair wash and scalp massage were incredibly relaxing, and the styling at a discounted price was a great bonus. Farisha is warm, professional, and talented, and everyone at the salon was just as welcoming and professional. I’m so glad I found Kess and will definitely be back for all my future appointments . Highly recommend!

Maggie knows what she is doing my hair now after years of dying was so dry and did not sit well, After one treatment with Maggie in colored the whole head with the same color. Has now come right feels soft and sits back to normal before all the highlights. She knows how to blow dry your hair so that it feels soft and looks stunning. She knows what your hair needs even if it is not what you want. I give Maggie an A+++++ for the work she does and will be always going back to her.

Had such a great experience today with Farisha. My first time going there, she made me feel so comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted and she was able to execute the perfect cut. Layered my hair beautifully and gave good advice on Maintenance of my new style. So nice to also have a complimentary hair wash and scalp massage which was very relaxing. Highly recommend Farisha! Farisha always goes a good job on my hair. Happy with the colour. The hair wash done by someone else, my neck was a bit sore, and I would have appreciated she would be a bit more gentle with my head when placing it down and more gentle with my hair as my hair is very thin and breaks easily. Water could have been warmer, was cold.

Maggie did a wonderful job with the protein treatment and massage followed by the GHD straighten! Thank you Maggie
