I was with Elena for cupping therapy and massage. It was very relaxing and she always made sure I was comfortable at every step. Elena was also very good in explaining what she was doing at each stage in the process. I felt much more flexible and light after I finished up with her. For the first time in 6 months, I have slept without a pain in my neck and back. She was also very good with the follow up exercises. I had a msg from her as soon as I reached home with a reminder of everything we discussed. I would definitely visit again and recommend to a friend

Joy had me at ease the minute I came in the door. she is bubbly sincere and good humoured. i felt a lot better coming out of her premises than going in. i would definitely reccomend her as her lnowledge and her instincts and her expertise in finding exactly where to treat and the reasons why i am in pain as she also told me about aftercare too. i would reccomend Joy to anyone who needs professional effective and intuitive massage here on our doorstep in Limerick City. Always feel great coming out of a massage with joy. She’s amazing at what she does and I also got cupping done as well. So reasonably priced and you will feel like a million dollars afterwards

Elena provided a fantastic treatment. Her room set up and pre-treatment routine began the whole process of relaxation that carried all the way through the treatment. She is attentive to the client at all times and provides the utmost care. The Indian Head Massage was highly enjoyable and stress relieving. I will definitely be booking further treatments with Elena!

Elena was excellent. I opted for the deep tissue massage. She was so thorough pre treatment in ensuring she knew exactly what I wanted from the treatment. She liaised with me throughout the massage and did a fantastic massage. I felt amazing after it from head to toe. She even checked in with me the day after. Top class service and massage.
