I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The session began with a deeply relaxing back massage and seamlessly transitioned into an incredible Indian head massage. The menopause massage was devine. Full relaxation with the whole body being massaged, whilst having certain pressure points treated also. The oils smelt lovely and my skin is so smooth. Michelle was professional, and organised. Highly recommended.

I’ve been having weekly massages with Zoe at Relax and Unwind for over 6 years now and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Zoe has incredible knowledge of physiology and muscle conditions, which makes every treatment not just relaxing but also truly effective. She understands how to target the areas that need attention and my back pain management simply wouldn’t be complete without her care. Very good massage helps with my back pain
