This is my favourite treatment I’ve ever had, Anna’s massage flow is so smooth and fluid, her techniques are truly world-class and I am incredibly grateful and lucky to live only 5 minutes away from her gorgeous cabin in Titchfield. Anna works on your shoulders as well as your neck, traps and of course scalp, from start to finish it was excellent ❤️

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

The treatment provided by Leyon was amazing. The tension he released from my shoulders & neck was crazy - what a difference. He then helped with my groin making sure I left the room in a much better state than I arrived.! This was more like much needed physio than a massage but just what I needed for my physical wellbeing. I’ll be back next month - hugely worth the money, very impressed. My friend has booked straight in too. Thank you Leyon.

Today was my first Indian Head Massage and it was dreamy! Anna made me feel relaxed with a foot soak whilst she talked through the treatment and what to expect. My experience with Zoe at Relax and Unwind was wonderful. She is a lovely lady. I was made to feel so comfortable and the whole experience was made to feel personalised and truly relaxing. I will definitely be going back to her again. The Swedish and Indian head massages were both so amazing!

Always a treat to visit Emily. The Decaar Algae peel combined with the ice globes and head massage was absolutely fantastic !! I loved the interesting feeling of the algae peel and can’t wait to see results. Catherine makes you feel at ease in her lovely therapy room. She is truly wonderful at helping release any muscle pain/tension etc. I am so grateful to her for her expertise, knowledge and kindness. Would highly recommend her.

Emily just seems to know what I need even before I do! We agreed on a new treatment for the next step of my plan and it was explained so well to me, including aftercare and possible minor side effects. The treatment was dreamy (the actual topical application was a little uncomfortable but this was well explained to me) the ice globes and scalp massage were out of this world and just what I needed after a jam packed Easter holidays!
