The menopause massage was devine. Full relaxation with the whole body being massaged, whilst having certain pressure points treated also. The oils smelt lovely and my skin is so smooth. Michelle was professional, and organised. Highly recommended.

Michelle is such a kind and lovely person. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and at ease. Her home therapy room is beautifully designed and tranquil. I had never had reflexology before and I am totally hooked on it. I can’t recommend it enough. I started getting reflexology through my pregnancy but I will definitely continue to visit Michelle after the arrival of my little one. Can’t wait to enjoy many more treatments 💕

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

Always a 5 star experience with Anna. A tranquil, calming environment and atmosphere, fantastic technical massage skills and Anna herself is so caring and really pays attention to the little details - small touches like a foot soak whilst you settle in, pillows under knees/feet, dim lighting and candles etc make all the difference.

Thank you for the most beautiful Indian Head Massage Anna! This is my favourite treatment I’ve ever had, Anna’s massage flow is so smooth and fluid, her techniques are truly world-class and I am incredibly grateful and lucky to live only 5 minutes away from her gorgeous cabin in Titchfield. Anna works on your shoulders as well as your neck, traps and of course scalp, from start to finish it was excellent ❤️

Michelle was amazing. She’s so welcoming and lovely, the space is tranquil and relaxing. I was so comfortable and relaxed. First time having reflexology and she told me things that were true just from my first session. She is fantastic. Already booked my second session.

I arrived for reflexology after a lack of sleep & with an anxious head. Michelle managed to soothe & restore calm with her treatment & the foot spa was a lovely bonus, thank you again 🙏

The best massage I've had in years! I walked in with an aching lower back and knots in my shoulder. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud. I absolutely fell asleep during the massage because I was able to completely relax. A testament to the tranquility of the space and how skilled Anna is. I had a massage with hot stones. My first experience at Keel & Calm and it was wonderful. Anna is so lovely and made me feel at ease straight away,she asked lots of questions about any problem area’s i might have and how she could help with that. I changed and made myself comfortable on her heated table and she began my massage using warmed oils which was lovely and smelt great. I relaxed and let her do her thing which left me feeling totally chilled and surprisingly rested. I would definitely recommend Keel & Calm to anyone and i hope to return soon, thank you so much for a lovely experience
