I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. The studio itself is warm, calm, and very welcoming, which really adds to the whole experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and uplifted. I would highly recommend Adele to anyone looking for a truly soothing treatment.

The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. My first time at House of Soul and i cant thank Gemma enough. She is so kind, down to earth and sooooo talented! I find it hard to relax but i was able to drift away and have some me time, the massage was incredible, perfect technique/ pressure. Facial and head massage just sensational. Absolutely feel like im floating after leaving ( i could've stayed all day!) Truly a hidden gem too- gorge deco/ vibe- ill be back! Thank you so much xx
