The atmosphere at the cabin was serene and inviting. The treatments themselves were absolutely amazing! The Japanese head spa melted away tension I didn't even realise I was holding, and the facial was incredibly soothing and effective. Always 100% They go above and beyond ensuring all time is used, on us, the client. Even when things are drying etc, we, as clients, receive a hand massage, a head massage etc. Just wonderful.

Megan is fab. She’s a true professional and explains each treatment step by step. She’s also very honest in guiding you to the best treatments for you rather than just saying ‘yes’ to a treatment you want but isn’t suitable for you. Megan is very personable. I love her cabin too. It’s so chilled and relaxing. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Remedi Medispa in Maidstone highly enough! I’ve just had my 2nd HydraFacial with Amy, and once again, the results are absolutely amazing. Amy is so skilled, professional, and friendly—she makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable, and my skin has never looked better. I also want to give a big shout out to Michelle, the Clinic Coordinator. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all the treatments and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. An excellent first visit to Megan. My daughter and I had the mother and mini me Japanese head spa….. it was fabulous. Megan made us both feel so comfortable. We both left feeling so relaxed and so looking forward to visiting again.

What a wonderful spa package I had. I was bought the Mother’s Day package and what luxury it was. The massage was amazing. It totally relaxed me and got rid of those stress knots. The facial was superb. The products used smelt amazing and felt soo good. I loved the sauna blanket as it kept me lovely and warm during my facial. Grace has the hands of a magician. I loved the products she used so much that I treated myself to a few of them. I left there totally relaxed and glowing. I will 100% be going back.
