An incredible treatment from start to finish. It began with a detailed scalp analysis, which made the experience feel really personalised. I was able to choose a drink from a lovely menu and select my own essential oil for the treatment, which was such a thoughtful touch. Chloe explained everything thoroughly, so I felt completely at ease. I drifted in and out of a trance the whole time, lying on the most comfortable bed. My head feels so much lighter, I’m deeply relaxed, and my hair has genuinely never felt better. Thank you for such an amazing experience. I’ll absolutely be back!❤️

I’ve just come away from the Golden Aura Experience and feel like I’m floating on a cloud! It was 90 minutes of pure relaxation. The pressure was perfect, firm but not painful. The facial products all smelt beautiful, combined with a scalp massage. Highly recommended and will 100% be booking again. Thank you, Laura C

From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. It’s the ultimate relaxation, with a warm and welcoming environment. Slippers on arrival make you feel immediately at home, and then the full experience begins. Having never had a head spa before, Jade talked me through the steps and made me feel so comfortable. The scalp analysis was really interesting then the spa itself was blissful, laying under a warm duvet, having a full pamper and massage of your head and neck. Thorough washing of my hair felt amazing. I can’t recommend it enough, thank you so much to Jade, I’ll definitely be back.

Wow, 3 hours after my treatment I’m still floating! Welcomed into my treatment by a friendly happy face, the bed was cosy and warm (electric blanket made me feel I was laying in a cuddle) I had messaged Jen asking for an hours back, neck and head massage and it was incredible. The variation of pressure - light and heavy - suited Excatly what I needed If you’re debating trying Jentle therapies, then just do it. You won’t regret it x

Jenny made the whole experience lovely. I felt at ease straight away , and the treatment was super . Very relaxing face , head and neck massage and reflexology .

You must have a Japanese Head Spa at Chloe's. Emilia was warm and welcoming and this is more than just a massage, it's an experience from beginning to end. I was offered a selection of herbal or fruit teas, a choice of various essential oils and was made to feel very comfortable. The head spa is something else, I thoroughly enjoyed it. And my scalp was so much better afterwards. Would highly recommend and will be returning ASAP! (Chloe, you should be really proud of yourself, I hope you both enjoy Japan! Thank you Emilia, it truly was a wonderful experience, hopefully we meet again soon 🤍)

The whole head spa experience from start to finish was pure bliss. Chloe is such a lovely, friendly, warm person that she just puts you at ease instantly. Her passion for what she does really shines through when sharing all of her knowledge 🥰. The treatment room is just stunning, absolute perfection for having the most relaxing head spa experience 💆🏼‍♀️. The before and after results of my scalp were unbelievable!!!
