Michelle is so attentive and warm. Being able to work every knot I had with a hot stone massage. Then followed by an amazing Indian head massage. I experienced Reiki for the first time which was a very powerful experience. With each part of the 2 hours I spent receiving these treatments, I felt cared for and looked after from Michelle. Would highly recommend.

I've just had my first massage with Xenia and it was unbelievable! She really took her time in the places that needed most attention, and got knots out my legs that I never even knew were there! I recently had a facial, neck, and shoulder massage, and it was an incredibly relaxing experience. Eva was professional, attentive, and had a perfect touch—firm enough to release tension and gentle where needed. The facial left my skin feeling so refreshed, and noticeably brighter. The neck and shoulder massage was the highlight; it relieved so much built-up tension I didn’t even realise I had. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing stress relief or just wanting a bit of pampering. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had the best experience today at Wellness with a Conscience. I had the 2 hour massage and facial combo and it was the best I’ve ever had. My skin looks amazing and I’m feeling so much more relaxed. I had been struggling with neck pain and headaches and Shabana helped relieve both immensely. The whole experience was great, from start to end, I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I will definitely come back for more treatments! 10/10

The appointment started with a check in about my body and my wishes that immediately made me feel cared for and welcome. Throughout the massage there was good communication in general and specifically about my comfort and what was going to happen next. The massage itself was excellent, afterwards I felt relaxed, invigorated and significantly less tense. I would and will recommend.

Had a another blissful session with the lovely Shabana this afternoon at P&P Hospice. It started with meditation to relax me into the session, then a whole body hot stone and warm bamboo massage. This was followed by a refreshing facial. I drifted off for a while. I would highly recommend visiting Shabana whose compassion shines through her therapeutic skills. I will be booking another session soon.😊
