Today I visited for a Japanese head spa, and the experience was incredibly soothing. The spa's calming atmosphere immediately set the tone for relaxation. The treatment began with a deeply relaxing scalp massage that melted away all my stress. The combination of gentle pressure and essential oils was perfect. The deep cleansing treatment left my scalp feeling refreshed and clean, while the nourishing hair mask made my hair soft and shiny. A bonus neck and shoulder massage added to the overall experience. The therapist was very professional and did a great job. Thank you!

I would would like to thank Shushila Chatham at Escala Beauty for the best neck, back and shoulder massage this afternoon. I’m sure I thanked you before I left but as I was so relaxed and carrying far less shoulder knots I was quite close to floating 😁 Looking forward to seeing you in a weeks time. Best salon in Bolton. Such a friendly and warm greeting from everyone, great to talk to and a lovely haircut. I was anxious going in as I needed something a bit more complicated (hair wash and dry, trim, cut off long ponytail to donate for a wig children with cancer, followed by a short men’s cut), and I’m never very comfortable at the hairdressers at the best of times. Despite my worries, the team were fantastic and did everything perfectly. I treated myself to a head massage before the cut, too, and that was just wonderful. I can’t recommend Cosmetology highly enough!!

Never disappointed after a visit to Escala. Went in an Indian head massage and Sush also got a taster for the Holistic face massage. Sush used technicals I have never experienced in any other massages which as so relaxing. Who knew the face could get tensed. Left feeling stress free and relaxed. Thanks Sush
