Perfect. Sophie has a great understanding of muscles and managing an injury. She was very understanding and provided a much needed massage and relief for my leg. I would highly recommend Sophie. 10/10 massage from Sophie today, she really knows her stuff! During a pre-assessment, Sophie identified several areas that needed attention and established a course of treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable when answering my questions and even suggested some exercises to target my weaker muscles. Sophie was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. She was able to release tension in areas I didn't even realise were tense. I left feeling extremely relaxed, pain-free, and satisfied with my treatment! Will definitely be back soon.

I would give even more stars if I could, I suffer from near constant headaches that come from tension in the muscles in my neck, back and shoulders, tricia with her magic hands is able to get right into the trigger points in these areas and massage them to help release the tension and knots, it's a road and a relaxing journey to hopefully being pain free, I leave each massage feeling on top of the world and so much looser, I would highly recommend tricia to anyone suffering from tension pain to try it out, you won't regret it!

1st time having a sports massage done.. Booked as had suspected trapped nerve in lower back. Sophia was brilliant and knew exactly what was needed.. being my first time I really didn't know what to expect.. She put me at ease and talked about what she was doing and why.. due to sports and work it seemed there was a lot of tension on the right hand side of my back all the way to my lower back. Coming out of the session I will definitely be booked in more regular with her to prevent injuries rather than waiting until it happens.. thanks again and thanks for the goodie bag

The loveliest little haven, providing a tranquil space. I instantly felt relaxed. Sophie is extremely welcoming and thorough in her consultation and treatment. My body was holding a lot of tension physically and mentally. Following a full body massage, I immediately felt the benefits, muscles relaxed, knots released and tight areas released.
