I had warm bamboo massage which was nice. The beverage was a nice touch and the customer service was excellent. I would have liked if there was relaxing sound during the massage. Additionally, a diffuser with an essential oil would have elevated the experience.

I booked a 2.5 service for my husband and I on my birthday , everything was great except we did not get robes which I was pretty shocked about. The photos tell a different story. Also it was not explained or offered to us to relax on the deck after our services until I asked, by than I was ready to head out. It think if you up that customer service piece it will really add to the experience because the services were enjoyable.

Christina was pleasant and interactive. The receptionist brought me my drink orders and it was nice and hot tea and the water was at the temperature I requested. Generally calming ambience and she understood how to do my nails

Had a neck, back and shoulder massage. It was a wonderful experience. I had this together with my husband. The therapists were friendly, professional, explained what would happen. The ambience was just right. The treatment for both of us was amazing one of the best I have ever had. What was really lovely was this included head, arms and fingers which was a lovely extra (in my experience other places I’ve been too are just back, neck shoulders) 10/10 thank you ladies

My massage was one of the best I've ever had. From the heated bed to warm towel under my head to the masseur applying the right pressure...I nearly fell asleep. Highly recommend it.

Was good overall but Andrea isn't a great massager. She didn't always let me know what would happen next. She started to massage my head without saying anything. When she prepared the shower and left the room, I wasn't certain if I was to go in at that point. After a few mins she came back in with a robe and slippers so I could walk to the shower. Basic communication is essential. It's not being chatty, it's simply essential to the comfort of the client to know what step in the procedure will be next and what they need to do/don't do. I'll be back tho and Nakita has been highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived, her warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. Throughout the session, Christina's gentle touch and expert technique left me feeling completely relaxed. Her soft and soothing approach melted away any tension I had been carrying, leaving me in a state of blissful tranquility.

What a wonderful bonus to have a free short massage as part of our stay at Sweetfield Manor. Ashley was a great masseuse and the oil used smelled wonderful. The setting of the koi carp pond was just gorgeous. The prices of the spa treatments were a little high - more than I would pay for similar in the UK. If they were even $10 cheaper I would probably have been tempted to book another!

The upper back/shoulder & head massage was really helpful to me at this time. I appreciated the professional caring and attention of the therapist. The ambience was so soothing and in total it was a very relaxing experience
