I recently visited Vogue Lashes & Spa in Norfolk and had a fantastic experience! Kimora provided the most painless waxing I’ve ever had. She was so knowledgeable, took her time, and ensured everything was perfect. I also had a European mani/pedi done by Olha, and it was the best I’ve ever had! She was meticulous, sweet, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Both ladies were friendly and professional, and I’ll definitely be returning for more services. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best spas in Virginia Beach area. I have been to 3 of them so far and each one is exceptional. They are all clean and the work they do is exceptional. I have had my permanent make up, facials, nails and lashes done with them and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend

Briana did such an amazing job on my nails. It was my first time getting a Russian manicure and she was so meticulous about the cuticle work and getting the perfect base. Best manicure I’ve ever gotten. Highly recommend!

Dallas was excellent! This is the best pedicure I have ever had. I came in with low expectations as I'm very picky and notice every flaw and imperfection. I have been to probably 10 different nail salons in Norfolk over the years. This was the best so far. Dallas was incredibly detail oriented and thorough!!! I am very impressed. Thank you for excellent service at a reasonable price!

Very friendly staff, clean and beautiful salon. I was greeted promptly and had my appointment time! Snacks and coffee were offered. 1st visit here— having badly damaged nails from acrylic and dip, I tried the European gel manicure. The technician, Arisha, was extremely thorough w/ cuticle care and brought my nails back to life! She made recommendations based on what would be best for my nails and had such attention to detail with my micro-french tips. 10/10 recommend!! Especially to those in the East Bech/ OV area, theres nothing quite like walking/biking to the nail salon on a beautiful day!

I typically go to Vogue Virginia Beach but I love Anastasia so I decided to drive the distance to Norfolk to see her today. Boy am I happy. What a beautiful store and exciting new location! You could plan your whole down here. It’s located in the new railyard area. It has easy convenient parking. I had my lashes done like normal and when I realized they also have a spray tan service on site I decided to give that a try as well and I am super happy. It is light and natural and just the right thing I needed to give me a boost of happiness during the winter. I will definitely be back.

I am now officially in love with the Russian manicure It was amazing and Eva was meticulous- when I came in my nails were a mess from wearing liquid gel nails- after years and years I now know that there is a huge difference in nail salons! ProBeauty puts nail health first- their sterilization methods and questionnaires help them to tailor your nail experience to exactly what you need! I had my eyebrows tinted and threaded by Shayma and she did such a great job. She really paid attention to the shape and made sure everything looked natural and clean, which I appreciate. The tint was a perfect match and the threading was gentle but still super precise. I’m really happy with how they turned out and will definitely be going back to her.

This was my first European manicure, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! I had the pleasure of having Autumn do my nails, and she was amazing. She did such an incredible job, my cuticles have never looked better. I was honestly in awe. I’ll definitely be back.
