Jelena is professional and a perfectionist. I was having a Russian manicure, because I am a healthcare professional and need bare nails for work. She took so much care in making my nails neat, short and tidy, paying so much attention to ensuring that my cuticles were carefully pushed back & tidied. I will definitely be back.

I first went to Lauren earlier this year after my son bought me a gift voucher for a pedicure at The Beauty Rooms. I was so happy with my treatment, Lauren is very professional about her work but also lovely to chat with, that I've been going regularly for manicures ever since. I have always struggled with weak, shabby nails and could never get them to grow without them breaking, peeling, splitting etc. but since Lauren has been treating them my nails appear longer, stronger, healthier and look great. I used to try to hide them away but not any more. I always look forward to my appointments.

Thanks to my best friend Lena and the amazing talents and patience of Charlie; within just 6 weeks I went from chewed, bleeding, exposed nail beds, to a full set of natural nails! Long enough to actually have some tips to add length and a beautiful French manicure. I am absolutely over the moon with how great my hands look.
