Fantastic and fun as always! All the girls are excellent at what they do… would not consider going anywhere else for my manicure! The salon is bright and airy and beautifully decorated… they also offer a number of beauty treatments so whatever you want done ladies to feel beautiful go to Perfecty Polished…!

I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

The best! Elsie’s been doing my nails since 2022 and I always have such a lovely experience and a great chat. I’ve always been able to visit with half an idea and have it turned into something better than I imagined. Plymouth’s so lucky to have Elsie!

Oh my gosh what an amazing experience!!! This was my first time getting my nails done and I had the absolute pleasure of having the lovely Harriet to do it for me. She made me incredibly comfortable, explained the process really well, helped me choose the perfect colour, and was just 100% fantastic the whole time. Her work is beautiful, neat, faster than I thought the appointment would be, and just everything I wanted and more. I am so glad I chose to come to the Glow Up Nail Bar for my first manicure, and I now always want to come here forever and have my nails done by Harriet.

Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

Ness as always outstanding, been waxed by her for over 14 years, infact I only see Ness for this when I visit family in Plymouth every 6 to 8 weeks from Portsmouth.

Shannon & May did a lovely job with my manicure and pedicure, everyone was very friendly too! 🥰🫶🏼

Kelly did a good job with manicure but my nails weren't dry when I left and she had said that they were.Consquently they were smudged..
