I Absolutely love my lips. Neneh took lots of time to make sure I was happy with the colour and shape of my lips before staring the lip blush. She thoroughly spoke me through what would suit me best and her attention to detail is second to none. She’s a perfectionist in the best way possible.

I cannot recommend Heather highly enough! I came to her after bad high-street experiences, specifically looking for an IBX treatment. She is a true expert who applies actual science to nail care. She didn't push gels on me; instead, she did a proper assessment and was incredibly gentle with my sensitive cuticles. Heather is professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person to talk to. My nails have never felt in better hands!

Had my first appointment with Heather today and she was absolutely lovely! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived. We chatted the whole way through with no awkward silences, which made the appointment fly by. She was also so patient and understanding when I changed my mind about my nail design, and nothing felt like too much trouble. I’m so happy with my nails and will definitely be back.
