Booked the Platinum package for my Mum’s birthday and she had an amazing experience with Hilda. She could not stop raving about it! My only criticism would be that they should offer more drink options instead of just coffee and tea and the meal included should be allowed to be eaten in between. My mum unfortunately missed lunchtime as the appointment is quite long and she only ate when she got home late afternoon. The treatments though were superb and again Hilda was great. Thank you Silk Day Spa for making my Mum feel special for her special day!

Ann is very knowledgeable and excellent at what she does. She handles natural hair perfectly and gives individualised treatment that addresses one's specific hair needs. You have your own room / space where your hair / treatment is done, which I love. There is no crowding. Her washing station is a dream. I lay there, was covered with a throw, and had the best head message whilst my hair was being washed and treated👌🏾. Her client service is top notch. My girls love her and her space because it is quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The complimentary snacks are a bonus. Thanks Ann😊🌻

My experience was amazing! I was offered free refreshments on entry and the space is so calming. I received the best hair wash and treatment of my life from Anne. She was so lovely and even provided hair treatments that I could do at home monthly, she also sent me a YouTube link to a hair wash video so I could have a reference of how to do this. She’d also show me what products she was using in my hair. I then met Maureen and Sandra who helped with my braiding process, they too were lovely and kind, really overall amazing place to go, I highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience at the beauty spa! The service was excellent—everyone was friendly and welcoming. I absolutely loved how my lashes turned out. The place was very neat, clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I’m really happy and satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had the 90 minute full body massage. Both our therapists (Gloria and Hilda) were absolutely phenomenal! I’ve been to the spa 6/7 times by now and I’ve had a fantastic massage every single time, no matter who the therapist was. Really know what they’re doing! Plus they have a R350 special on a Monday for a 60 minute full body, what a great deal!

My experience was sooo great and beautiful. What i loved most is that Sedi explains every activity she does on you abd why. You learn that it is actually not about beauty only but the health of your skin more, she is warm and respectful to clients.
