First time having a thai based massage and it was fantastic! My body felt invigorated and energized while my mind felt completely relaxed. Definitely an experience I'll be coming back for! Pier was very thorough in her pre questions making sure to cater the treatment to my needs and was very holistic in her follow up discussion regarding overall care of the body. As a physical therapist myself, I'm pay a lot of attention to how my body is worked on and am very particular. highly recommend

The atmosphere/vibes, convenience of the location with plenty of parking and exceptional talent combined creates a top tier experience. My makeup lasted through long sweaty walks, a crowded group of people shoving each other to see Chris Brown, and me singing and dancing all night! It was still intact and absolutely beautiful! I showed her a look and she made it look even better. I cannot recommend her enough!!! You will leave feeling absolutely gorgeous and in good spirits!! XO <3

Was a fantastic first time acupuncture experience!. Craig was such a delight! Not only was there a full patient history taking where I got to talk about my pain in full detail and with much feedback and care, but they addressed my source of pain/ discomfort directly! I left feeling completely relaxed for what maybe the first time in my life! So very grateful and planning on setting up a long term pain relief plan soon!

I feel so lucky to have found Note to Self Wellness. I had been searching for a natural alternative to botox and other medical anti-aging treatments. I love the look and feel of aging naturally and embracing this aspect of life, but also doing my best to keep my skin vibrant. After getting facials for a few years, I have even started trying additional treatments like the brow tint & shape and the lash tint & lift. Amazing and a keen eye for detail which is great when considering a tattoo on your face. She is a great person to work with. Highly recommend. My mother and I both got nano and combo brows. Each is unique to our faces.
