Claudia is a lovely girl and a very talented makeup artist. Loved my cooling eye patches at the start of my appointment, and she even gave me a pot of the lipstick that she applied. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Claudia.

Ladies anyone who is nervous or embarrassed or just plain scared to go and get your hoohaw waxed. Do it! It'll hurt like a smack of an elastic band but honest to God, Pauline & all the girls in Cloud 9 will have you laughing & chatting through it all, you won't even notice! Professional, sanitary, affordable and honestly A TONIC. Treat yourself, you bloody deserve it xx. It never ceases to amaze me how great I feel leaving this salon, whether it's for the OUCH! or nails or make up. Do it. You'll be delighted.

I’ve been going to Rachel for about a year now and she has saved my lashes. I’m always getting compliments on them, they last so long and I leave delighted with them every time. Rachel is absolutely lovely and will always make sure you’re comfortable.

Lovely experience with Rachel getting my makeup done , she makes you feel so good and listens to what you want and my makeup was so fabulous I had so many compliments on it and it lasted all day and night ! It was my second time going back to Rachel for makeup and I will go back again !
