Ladies anyone who is nervous or embarrassed or just plain scared to go and get your hoohaw waxed. Do it! It'll hurt like a smack of an elastic band but honest to God, Pauline & all the girls in Cloud 9 will have you laughing & chatting through it all, you won't even notice! Professional, sanitary, affordable and honestly A TONIC. Treat yourself, you bloody deserve it xx. It never ceases to amaze me how great I feel leaving this salon, whether it's for the OUCH! or nails or make up. Do it. You'll be delighted.

Such a lovely experience in the studio, as always. I got my trial wedding hair and makeup done by Alanah and Maria this morning and I couldn’t have asked for a better duo! took everything I said into consideration and I love my makeup. She gave me exactly what I imagined and was so lovely hyping me up! Maria has been a lifesaver in getting my hair to a healthy condition and helped me to determine a style that I now love, she’s magic! The girls have made me so excited for my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Charlotte and Jennifer did my hair and make up for my wedding. They were absolutely fantastic. They worked non stop and made sure we were all happy. They were a pleasure to work with and I can't wait to come back and get my hair and make up done by them again in the future.
