So happy with my visit to Fusion H&B today- grateful for consultation, felt my concerns/thoughts were listened to and I left with the exact cut and blow dry I wanted. This family run salon offers a brilliant service without pressure to buy more. I also left with products I was going to buy at M&S at a cheaper price- win win

My experience was wonderful! Abi was my stylist and she was fantastic, I would definitely come back to her. The service was attentive, warm and welcoming and the salon was clean and calm with nice ambiance of gentle music and conversation. I was offered a drink upon entry and my coat was taken, and the wait time was very short. I was very well taken care of, my needs were listened to and met easily and I was consistently asked throughout the process if I was happy. Abi explained every step of the process to me so I was comfortable. The end product is fantastic, I won’t go anywhere else now!
