Sergio is such a lovely guy he is very good at putting you at ease. He works quickly and explains exactly what is going to happen and how it will feel. When applying the laser he goes at your pace and tells you when it will start and stops if you need a break. I am really happy with the results so far and would recommend to anyone looking for a trusted and professional service.

Millie is incredible and such a credit to steadman. Everytime she does my hair I leave feeling so pleased but this time she absolutely outdid herself. I love my hair SO much!
