As always I say this everytime Ellen goes above and beyond with me and my hair making sure it’s how I want and like it without damaging my hair giving the best tips and options but still listening and knowing what I want! I had a new stylist who admitted she wasn't confident in doing the cut I originally asked for, and offered me a later appointment with someone more experienced. I decided to stay with Emily and we talked through what she was confident in doing. I left completely happy with a lovely new hairstyle. The service was fantastic and I will definitely go again and recommend to friends
