I had such a great experience at Serene Skin Clinic. I’m quite scared of needles, so I was really nervous going in, but Sarah was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel at ease, explained everything clearly, and kept checking that I was okay throughout. Her calm and reassuring approach made all the difference and turned it into a really positive experience. She also carried out thorough checks afterwards and did careful touch-ups at the end to make sure everything was even. I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the clinic more! Thank you! 💋

Although I’ve been coming to Sarah for many years, this was the first time for fillers. I can honestly say, as nervous as I was, Sarah put me at ease, explained everything she was going to do and reassured me through the whole experience and checking I was ok. You can tell this is a passion for Sarah and she is an artist with people’s faces! I look and feel like a different person, I feel so much more confident and I LOVE what Sarah has done. Have been for a second lip filler treatment today with Sarah and was so impressed with the new look Salon. Sarah made me feel so welcome and relaxed right away talking to me as she put on numbing cream. We had a few laughs as always so by the time we started the treatment I was very relaxed and lips were very numb . Sarah takes her time to make sure the end result is exactly the look I explained I wanted . I am so so happy with the results and have to say Sarah is full of passion and experience for her work . Very happy with every treatment I have with Sarah . Thank you 😊

I recently had facial contour filler for the first time, after mentioning to Sarah that I felt my face was looking a little saggy. She explained the entire process clearly, including what to expect, and made me feel completely at ease. The results are absolutely amazing. Amazing 👏 Salon. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and a positive friendly vibe. Clean and professional. Clair owner and salon director was just amazing, such a lovely person and very very knowledgeable. She really took the time to listen to my hair story and plans and I felt like she really cared. Beautiful cappuccino even in the heatwave was a welcome birthday treat, with young summer supporting who was certainly a ray of sunshine. I had my hair coloured by Summer today and am so pleased with the results. My hair feels refreshed, smooth, sleek, and in great condition, and the colour looks fantastic. Such a great experience at the salon with Laura. A last minute change on the appt plan due to the weather and Laura did a beautiful up do for me. She was totally flexible with the changes and an amazing result. Loved it ❤️ Will definitely return!
