Jo is an amazing hair artist. She takes her time to make she understands what you are trying to achieve and explains your options clearly. Her skill with cuts and colours is at another level compared to most hairdressers. I am so happy that I have found my hairdresser for life.

I had my mid length hair cut into a straight bob style just above my shoulders. Junko checked with me throughout the cut to make sure it was to my preference. The cut is precision! I love it. I would definitely recommend Junko and Echo hair.

This is the 3rd time now that I have been back to Echo Hair. I’m super fussy when it comes to my hair, Mel does a great job with both cut and colour. I can’t recommend her enough. She really listens and takes notice of what you’re after from start to finish. The salon it self has a very friendly atmosphere. From the moment you walk in the door all the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home the entire time you are there.

Jo was punctual, warm, talented and fully focused on me and what I wanted. I was so happy with the hair and makeup service and had comments all afternoon about my look. I wish I lived on the Gold Coast so I could use Jo frequently, I would highly recommend!

Jo was awesome! She really took the time to discuss my needs and was an expert at cutting my curly unruly hair. Love that she offered a follow up service if I wasn't happy with the length, having not cut my hair before she wanted to make sure it had a day or two to settle - not necessary - she was spot on with what we discussed and I'm super happy.
