Amazing customer service! Went in for laser hair removal and loved that the bed was heated. Helped with the cold weather. But in the middle of the session, my therapist (Axole) asked if I was getting hot from the pain, to which she turned on the AC for me. Even though the procedure was a bit painful, Axole was patient and reassuring (: Will be back!!

Amber was absolutely amazing!! I’m from Miami and have gotten treatments before, but the level of detail Amber put in, her knowledge of skin, and how welcoming she is made this experience incredible. Beautiful studio and beautiful person, I will recommend her to everyone!
