Emy was so knowledgeable and professional through my treatments. I came away feeling so relaxed and pampered. Thank you. Sadly the previous client had caused a scene as she was told a treatment was not suitable for her but Emy dealt with her professionally but firmly given that the treatment was unsuitable for her medical condition and she had also been refused by other salons so was just trying her luck. Had an amazing experience at Shape zone. The establishment is very clean and professional. My waxer Emy made me feel extremely comfortable and did such a great job. Would definitely recommend. The Lyon wax used on me was extremely effective with minimal pain and I look forward to my next session at shape zone with the product!

Had laser lipo impressed with the results. Eszter very professional, explains the procedure and what results can be expected, very nice, modern salon as well.

I wish I could give them more stars. I saw Emy and she was fantastic. Upon walk in I was greeted by a kind receptionist and filled up the form. Emy came upstairs and waited for me to fill up the form and finally brought me downstairs. The place was spotless and clean and the room was a nice temperature. I came here initially for cryolipolysis but I when speaking with Emy she advised me the best possible treatment rather than cryolipolysis. Her knowledge was outstanding and she still adhered to the price that I initially paid for. Shes the best!!!

I had the a great cryolipolysis treatment today, the therapist treated me well with a warm welcome and always check on me to make sure I was okay. Highly recommended!!! Will surely come back soon for another treatment.

10/10 experience with Emy, I came for a Hollywood hot wax and an underarm wax. I love her & I will be returning undoubtedly - her service is spectacular.
