I’ve been going to Shaf for my nails for a while now and, to be honest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She just gets what I like. Sometimes I don’t even have to explain it properly and she somehow knows exactly what I’m picturing. There’s a real kindness to the way she works too, nothing rushed, no pressure. She always takes her time with my nails and keeps checking in to make sure I’m happy as she goes, which I really appreciate. More than anything, Shaf makes me feel completely at ease. It’s a calm, caring space and that matters more than people realise. I always leave feeling looked after.

Amazing! I went to Pip with absolutely trashed eyelashes, (after a couple of poor treatments elsewhere) she gave me brilliant advice on how to repair them which worked and brought them back to life. After the lash tint and lift with Pip I don’t even recognise my eyes!! They look so perfect. Pip is clearly very experienced, she was so gentle and the whole experience was just very relaxing. I went in today to top up my lash lift but the girls let me know that the previous lift was still active. We ended up just doing a tint and they look as good as new. Some other shops would just take the extra money and not care but the beauty house always go the extra mile to make sure the clients come out looking and feeling amazing!

Such a lovely experience. Sarah was so welcoming as soon as we entered. She talked and explained what he was going to do and made user I was happy with everything. She also cut my toddlers hair and was very patient and calm with her. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I had an eye lash lift/tint and eyebrow tint - Elise was very accommodating as she knows I don't like my brows being too dark. They are perfect! Also had my finger and toe nails done - French on my toes and polish on my finger nails. Elise advised me not to have gel as she wants to keep an eye on one of my nails! Although I was a bit gutted, I know she was only looking out for me. So Thank you :)

I had my first ever reflexology session and wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it was such a relaxing and positive experience! Lisa explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease from the start. The treatment itself was so relaxing, and I could really feel areas of tension being worked on in a gentle but effective way. I left feeling lighter and much more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend reflexology to anyone curious about it and will definitely be booking with Lisa again.

Emma is simply outstanding! I discovered her through a mate that always has amazing nails, and I then realised I could use this as a surprise opportunity for my wife. I reached out to Emma explaining what I would like to do, and she was super understanding. I only had to confirm a few details and provide inspiration for the design. After a lot of browsing, I somehow managed to find and like the only one that would be super challenging (yay! me). However... Emma beautifully adapted the design and the result that was stunning!
