Very calming and lovely eyebrow/lash technician. Was my first experience with lamination and lift + tint so I didn’t really have any expectations however the outcome was lovely. My eyebrows are beautifully shaped and styled in the way I’ve been unsuccessfully attempting in the past. I will return. She also explained the process and what to expect in after care. I love the look!

For my first lash lift ever, I’m glad I got it done here!! The place is so clean and welcoming, my lash artist was Yoshiko and she was very gentle. Overall, my experience was relaxing and I would definitely come again.

My first lash lift from here didn’t turn out so well but they did GREAT by letting me have it redone and I loved it the second time . The whole staff was apologetic and patient . Didn’t pay anything the second time . Now my lashes are lovely !!

I had such a wonderful first treatment with Kha! I have never had brow lamination or lash lift but wanted something to make my routine super easy as a new mom with 2 under 2! Kha was so helpful to answer all of my questions before booking and I had such a relaxing appt! Her studio is so clean and welcoming. I love my brows and lashes and can’t wait to be back!!

I booked a lash lift for the first time. I had a scheduled appointment but was able to be seen before the time I had booked. The lash tech I had was amazing. Made sure I was comfortable and assisted in consulting with me to decide which was best for my lashes between a lash curl or lift. The lash tech explained everything, I needed to know and was very quick. Even though the process stated it’ll be a hour and 15 I was able to finish what I needed within 50 mins with lashes looking stunning. Will be booking with M &M studio again in the future.

V Lash os a first rate operation. Confirming the appointment via text and email as well as sending reminders. The location is convenient in Midtown around the corner from Herald Square. The entire place is very clean and comfortable. Very relaxed including soothing music playing in the background. Bhawana was lovely, professional and caring checking to assure my comfort throughout the process ( lash lift & tint). It was my first time having it done and all went very well with perfect results.
