I’ve been going to Charlotte for around 6 months now after getting some undesirable results with someone I was using regularly for 3 years. I have honestly never had a lash lift so perfect every time. I’m super fussy and she has no issue with this at all. She is so friendly and easy to chat to - it’s like going to see an old friend! I look forward to every appointment.

I can’t recommend Rio highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. Rio is professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had – the perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation, with great attention to the areas that needed the most work. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and with far less tension than when I arrived.
